Pamela Rezzelle

Pamela Rezzelle is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management and people experience. Currently serving as the Director of People Experience at CRB, Pamela has held various senior-level roles including Human Resources Manager and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions at Kiewit, where Pamela was Senior Manager of Talent Management and Senior HR Business Partner, as well as roles at Ecolab and Right Management focused on talent development and project management. Pamela holds a degree from Penn State University and furthered education at Elmhurst University.
