Matt Hopes

Matt Hopes is an experienced executive in administrative and operational leadership, currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at CRC Group since May 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief of Staff in Retail Banking at Bank of America from May 2019 to May 2023. Matt also served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at USI Insurance Services from December 2017 to May 2019, and as a Business Integration Executive during the Wells Fargo Insurance Divestiture, along with several leadership roles within Wells Fargo’s Employee Benefit National Practice from September 2014 to December 2017. Early in Matt's career, various management positions were held at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from June 2004 to August 2011. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Ohio University.
