Jonathan Fergione

Jonathan Fergione has a rich work experience. Jonathan began their career in 2012 at EY, where they served as a Tax Analyst for two years before being promoted to the role of Senior Tax Analyst. In 2016, Jonathan joined Boston Properties as a Tax Analyst, responsible for managing tax compliance for the company's real estate portfolios. After three years, they moved to CREA, LLC in 2019 as an Associate in the Acquisitions department. Jonathan steadily progressed within the company, reaching the position of Senior Associate before their current role as Assistant Vice President, Acquisitions.

Jonathan Fergione obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Roger Williams University, where they also pursued double minors in Finance and Computer Science. Jonathan attended the university from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Rham High School from 2002 to 2006. After acquiring their undergraduate degree, Jonathan went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Taxation from California State University, Fullerton, which was completed in the years 2010 to 2012.
