Rafael Paz

Rafael Paz has a strong background in mobile development with extensive experience in various roles. Rafael worked as a Senior Mobile Developer at AvaFin starting in 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Solutions Specific Knowledge Leader (Mobile) at everis from May 2019 to August 2019, where they ensured technical alignment, incorporated best practices, and collaborated with different teams for project implementation.

From 2016 to 2019, Rafael worked at Globant as an Android Mobile Developer, taking on a leadership role in the Android team. Rafael coordinated tasks between developers, made decisions on designs and user experiences, and integrated dynamic sections for improved app navigation.

In 2016, Rafael also worked as an Android Mobile Developer at Movile, where they provided development support for Disney Latam apps and implemented design patterns in an Agile environment.

Earlier in their career, Rafael worked at SKY Mexico, first as a Mobile Developer from 2012 to 2015, where they developed and maintained the "Guía SKY" app for iOS and Android. Rafael then took on the role of Mobile Development Project Leader from 2015 to 2016, where they oversaw the development and innovation of the app and worked on the "Verificador de Códigos SQC" app for iOS and Android.

Throughout their career, Rafael has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of mobile development.

Rafael Paz attended the Instituto Politécnico Nacional from 2006 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a field of study in Telemática. In June 2020, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf.
