Parker Counts

Parker Counts is an experienced aerospace consultant and entrepreneur, serving as the owner of Counts Consultants since December 2004, where advisory services focus on program management, business strategies, and proposal development for NASA and DOD opportunities in the Huntsville area. Notable clients include General Dynamics Information Technology, Crean and Associates, QuantiTech, StrataG, Perot Systems, BAE Systems, and Raytheon. Additionally, Parker Counts holds senior consulting positions with General Dynamics Information Technology and Crean & Associates since November 2019, and manages the Tennessee River Front Development, LLC, collaborating with various governmental agencies on development projects. Previously, Parker Counts contributed to Ball Aerospace and Technologies Corporation as a Senior Consultant from 2005 to 2019 and had a distinguished career at NASA from 1963 to 2003, where significant roles included Project Manager for two Space Shuttle Projects and various leadership positions involving space exploration systems. Parker Counts earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1962.
