Mark Baltes brings over three decades of engineering and management experience to the field. Currently serving as Manager of Product Engineering at Creata since May 2010, Mark has cultivated expertise in product development and team leadership. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Manager of Engineering at The Marketing Store from March 1996 to September 2009, where valuable skills in engineering management were further developed. Mark's career also includes significant contributions at The Ertl Company, spanning from 1978 to 1996, where responsibilities included Senior Manager Liaison Engineer and Design Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in design and engineering leadership.
