Paweł Rzepka

Paweł Rzepka has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paweł began their career as a Banquet Set Up Attendant at the Marriott Hotel in 2011 and worked there until 2014. Paweł then moved on to work as an Event and Project Support at Google Campus Warsaw/EMLAB in 2016. Following this, they worked at the Primate Palace in Warsaw as an Event Support from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Altkom Akademia as an HR Assistant, where they eventually worked their way up to become a Junior HR Specialist, and later an HR Specialist. At Altkom Akademia, they were responsible for recruitment and selection of employees. Currently, Paweł works at createIT.com as an HR Specialist starting from 2023.

Paweł Rzepka holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, which they completed from Uniwersytet SWPS between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Asian Studies, with a focus on China and East Asia, from the same university between 2012 and 2015. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paweł has also obtained additional certifications. Paweł achieved the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International in June 2021 and the Google Analytics certification from Google in May 2019.
