Roman Uliashyn

Roman Uliashyn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Roman is currently working as an IT Project Manager at createIT.com since July 2021. In this role, Roman is responsible for leading IT projects using Agile methodology and Scrum framework, handling project specifications, monitoring development progress, and ensuring the implementation of work scope. Roman also performs business analysis of client products and shares their skills in analytical thinking and project management through internal SkillUps meetings. Additionally, Roman establishes a Knowledge Base environment for clients using Notion. Prior to their current role, Roman worked at Huawei Consumer Business Group as a Business Operations Manager from August 2020 to June 2021 and as a Business Operations Assistant from February 2020 to August 2020. Roman also gained experience as a Business Assistant at EWIGOL Consulting from March 2019 to July 2019 and as a Quality Assurance Tester at Testronic from November 2018 to February 2019.
