Andie Dovgan is the Chief Growth Officer at Creatio, a software company that provides CRM solutions for businesses. Andie has over 10 years of experience in sales and training, and has been with Creatio for the past 5 years. Prior to their current role, they were the Sales Team Leader at Terrasoft and a Sales Trainer at REHAU. Andie has a passion for helping others reach their full potential, and they believe that Creatio’s software can make a positive impact on businesses around the world.

Andie Dovgan has a remote learning degree in organizational leadership from Northwestern University and a master's degree in psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Andie Dovgan reports to Katherine Kostereva, CEO & Founder. They work with Eugene Lemesh - Chief Human Resources Officer, Ivan Malafieiev - Chief Product Officer, and Sergey Sorokin - COO.
