Avis Duncan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and supply chain management. Currently serving as Vice President & GM at Creation Technologies since November 2022, Avis also holds the position of Managing Director at Kapstone Consulting Inc and Operating Partner at Charger Investment Partners, both since November 2020. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made at Luminator Technology Group from 2003 to November 2020, where Avis held various positions, including Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain. Earlier career milestones include roles at Eimo Technologies Inc. and Flex, with a strong foundation in manufacturing engineering established through a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from East Texas A&M University, completed in 1999.
