Spencer Colvin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Spencer started their career as an Account Coordinator at BYU Ad Lab, where they played a crucial role in managing client relationships and making decisions on creative executions. Spencer then worked as a Guaraní Translator for the LDS Church Translation Department, providing oral and written translations for the church's General Conferences. Spencer also worked at LAPIZ and Leo Burnett as an Account Executive, managing campaigns for various clients including Nestlé Purina and Nintendo of America. At GALLEGOS United, they served as a Management Supervisor, overseeing the Chick-fil-A US Hispanic business and redefining traditional account roles. Spencer later joined Oak Street Health as a Freelance English-Spanish Translator, handling the translation of promotional materials. Currently, they are working at Creative Assembly as the Head of Customer Journey, leading a cross-functional department and enhancing the value proposition of Total War Access through low-cost incentives and promotional activities.

Spencer Colvin received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Brigham Young University between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Pierce College at Puyallup from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Spencer Colvin has obtained certifications in GDPR Principles from CIM, French Fluency from Duolingo, self-designed learning from Experience Institute, and a Superior Rating in Oral Proficiency of the Spanish Language from ACTFL.
