Jim Eickhoff

Jim Eickhoff has been in the foodservice industry for over 25 years. Jim began their career with Sysco Foods, where they held various positions in sales and marketing. Jim then moved to General Revenue Corporation, a Sallie Mae company, where they served as Executive Vice President. In 2003, they joined Apollo Education Group as Senior Vice President of Workforce Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for developing business partnerships with the nation's leading educational and corporate entities. Jim also oversaw the operations of the unit, including account implementation and strategic planning. In 2010, they left Apollo to join Upromise, a Sallie Mae company, as Senior Vice President. In this role, they were charged with establishing a retailer partner base to provide company loyalty members with new earnings opportunities. Jim also oversaw the sales and marketing staff for the new initiative. In September 2010, they joined Creative Dining Services as President & CEO. Under their leadership, Creative Dining Services has become one of the leading foodservice companies in the United States.

Jim Eickhoff's educational career includes a BA in English from Hope College and certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in Leadership at the Peak (LAP).
