Kristina Kudryavtseva

Kristina Kudryavtseva is a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creative Fabrica, commencing in December 2023, with a mission to enhance creativity in the field. Previously, Kristina held various senior recruitment roles at Meta from July 2017 to May 2023, including Senior Leadership Recruiter and Senior Leadership Sourcer for Software Engineering, where significant process enhancements were achieved. Kristina also served as Interim Head of Recruiting at Relocate and held technical recruiting positions at Keepgo and Relocate Me. Kristina's academic background includes a Master's degree in Copyright Industrial Property Rights and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Contemporary Materials and Technologies, both from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
