Molly Roadnight

Molly Roadnight has a diverse work experience in the field of business operations and analysis. Molly started their career at Creative Auto Enrolment in 2017, where they worked as an Auto Enrolment Delivery Consultant. Their responsibilities included helping clients understand their legal obligations, implementing systems, and providing training and support. Molly then joined Creative Benefits in 2019, where they held various roles. Molly started as a Business Systems Technician and later transitioned to a Business Analyst position. Currently, Molly is serving as the Technical Operations Lead at Creative Benefits.

Molly Roadnight completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at the University of Hull from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis - Level 5 from Brentwood Open Learning College and a Cyber Security certificate from Reed.co.uk in 2022.
