Saif Saiyed

Saif Saiyed is the CP – IT Operations at Creativeland Asia. Saif has also worked as the Sr.IT Lead at Mercadeo from March 2021 to June 2021. There, they were responsible for maintaining overall ownership of users issue & serving ensuring resolution within agreed service levels. This included managing all the Jr.FMS engineer Team & assigning task & escalated calls, as well as daily monitoring emails to make sure that all the emails has been acknowledged. Saif also solved approach,seamless co-ordination with IT Teams as well as other vendor with strong follow-up. Furthermore, they have experience in handling third party vendors for solving day to day technical issues. Lastly, they were responsible for preparing software & other audit report & submit it to IT management on weekly & monthly basis.

Saif Saiyed has a PSTS++ certification in Manual testing & Automation testing from Squad infotech pvt. Saif also has a Bachelor of engineering in computer science from Watumull institute/Mumbai University Mumbai.

They are on a team with and Anisha D'Souza - SR Executive – Admin. Saif Saiyed reports to K Gangadharan, Chief Admin Officer.
