Senior Product Designer, Reporting We're on a mission to shake up the status quo, and we're seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. As a Senior Product Designer, Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform’s user experience and driving product success.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Act as the Design Lead within the Reporting team, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leaders to create intuitive and insightful reporting tools.
  • Own end-to-end experience design tasks, from initial wireframes to interactive prototypes, user testing, and final high-fidelity designs.
  • Design and iterate on complex data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that meet the needs of our enterprise clients.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and improve the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency and coherence across the product.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure design consistency.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on data visualization and reporting tools.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create intuitive and insightful data visualizations.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a demonstrated ability to apply insights to design decisions.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate asynchronously proven by documentation created in the past.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the broader ecosystem in which the product operates.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
  • Capability to collaborate closely with offshore teams. We aim to keep the communication flowing asynchronously and provide our team members with a flexible schedule to get things done, but occasional late evening (or early morning) meetings may be required.
