Staff Product Designer, CRM & Workflows We're on a mission to shake up the status quo, and we're seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. As a Staff Product Designer, CRM & Workflows, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform’s user experience and driving product success.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Act as the Design Lead within the CRM team, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leaders to drive the design vision and strategy.
  • Own end-to-end experience design tasks, from initial wireframes to interactive prototypes, user testing, and final high-fidelity designs.
  • Mentor other designers to create a collaborative environment and ensure coherence in the user experience of the product.
  • Assist in the development of user research studies and plans, and partner with Product to run and synthesize user research.
  • Establish and promote best practices for design collaboration with engineering, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality product delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of CreatorIQ’s product strategy, thinking beyond interfaces and solving for the Creator Economy space pain points.
  • Design key components for CRM tools such as Campaigns, Creator Profiles, Lists and data management systems, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • You will be expected to work in a remote-first environment with occasional off-sites in our offices.

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in interaction design, user flows, visual design, and complex system designs.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a demonstrated ability to apply insights to design decisions.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate asynchronously proven by documentation created in the past.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the broader ecosystem in which the product operates.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing junior designers to maintain a high standard of design excellence.
  • Capability to collaborate closely with offshore teams. We aim to keep the communication flowing asynchronously and provide our team members with a flexible schedule to get things done, but occasional late evening (or early morning) meetings may be required.
