Ksshama Gupta

Ksshama Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ksshama most recently worked as the Vice President of Human Capital at CredAble since June 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Advisor at Fiserv from September 2021 to April 2023. From August 2016 to September 2021, they held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. Ksshama also worked as an Empanelled Assessor at Deloitte India from June 2014 to June 2015 and as an HR Generalist at Ingram Micro from May 2011 to May 2014.

Ksshama Gupta obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Capital Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021-2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Social Work degree in Human Resource from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
