Jennifer Atkins

Ms. Jennifer Atkins is a Director at Credence. She currently serves as the Human Capital Director for Credence’s USAID Global Health Training, Advisory and Support Contract (GHTASC), where she incorporates innovations in human capital, workforce development, DEI, and performance management to advance the mission of the Bureau for Global Health (GH). Her expertise lies in talent management and development on a global scale, including developing countries, to most effectively support critical and evolving missions. She has notably directed workforce planning and transformation at renowned organizations such as Peace Corps, Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, and the American Red Cross. She has over 30 years of experience in human capital management, training, leadership, strategic planning, and championing the Employee Experience across a wide range of international development programs, including serving as Chief of Workforce Development for the Peace Corps, where she was responsible for global learning and development of a workforce of 3,000 employees.
