Troia Reyes-Stone

Troia Reyes-Stone currently serves as a Policy Associate at Credence Management Solutions, LLC, supporting USAID since August 2024. Prior to this role, Troia held a consultancy position at C4ADS from January to August 2024 and was a Marshall Scholar at the Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission from September 2020 to January 2024. Troia gained legislative experience as a Press Assistant at the House Democratic Caucus and a Legislative Fellow in the office of Congressman Matt Cartwright from March 2019 to August 2020. Troia's early career included roles as a Binational Business Grantee with Mexico Media Lab S21, COMEXUS Fulbright-García Robles, and SOLCARGO. Troia also worked as a Campus Campaign Coordinator for Teach For America and completed internships at Parliamentarians for Global Action and Brandeis University. Educational credentials include an MSc in Evidence-based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Behavioural Economics from the City, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Global Studies & East Asian Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Brandeis University.
