Wanda Jaskiewicz

Program Director at Credence Management Solutions

Ms. Wanda Jaskiewicz is a Director at Credence. She brings over 20 years of workforce development experience, leading global human resources for health and capacity building programs, performance improvement, and training and workforce motivation and retention efforts. She presently serves as the Program Director for Credence’s USAID Global Health Training, Advisory and Support Contract (GHTASC), spearheading effort to promote effective global health programming and advance the mission of the Bureau for Global Health (GH). In addition to obtaining a Master’s in Public Health (MPH), International Health and Development, she has worked in more than 32 countries, supporting the development of effective human resource management systems to produce, recruit, recognize, develop, and retain competent health workers for increased access to quality health services.

She has experience with the management of workforce performance support programs in her role as Project Director for USAID’s flagship global health workforce program, HRH2030, where she led more than 300 personnel worldwide, and promoted HRH on a global level. Through her work she has established trustworthy and strong relationships with USAID Washington, field Missions, and other U.S government agencies, host country counterparts, and international organizations including the World Bank, United Nations, and the World Health Organization (WHO).
