Joe Cooke

Joe Cooke currently serves as General Counsel at Credera UK, a position held since October 2021, and previously held the role of Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Director and Counsel at H4 from September 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included business management and providing legal advice to the C-suite, alongside overseeing the financial markets sector. Joe's earlier experience as an Associate at Linklaters from September 2012 to September 2018 involved leading complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions, advising on outsourcing arrangements, public procurement frameworks, regulatory issues related to technology, and managing disputes. Additionally, Joe contributed as a pro-bono coordinator and social secretary during the time at Linklaters.
