Joel Martis

Joel Martis has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joel is currently serving as the Associate Director Customer Success at Credgenics since May 2023. Before that, they worked at Vymo from March 2022 to April 2023 as a Customer Success Manager, and from January 2020 to February 2022 as a Corporate Sales Manager. Prior to this, they held the role of Director Sales at ValueLabs from May 2018 to December 2019. Joel's professional journey began with a Management Trainee position at Worldline Global from June 2017 to May 2018. Joel gained early experience as an Intern in Marketing Consulting at Littler Associates in April and May 2016. Their first significant role was as an Assistant Manager at Mahanagar Gas Limited, Mumbai, where they worked from July 2011 to May 2015.

Joel Martis received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, Vidyavihar from 2007 to 2011. Joel obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Kishinchand Chellaram (KC) College, Mumbai from 2005 to 2007, and their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from St. Mary's High School from 1999 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, Joel has also acquired certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from KPMG India and as an Internal Auditor ISO 9001.
