Camilo Jimenez Vargas

Camilo Jimenez Vargas has a strong background in project management and operational excellence. Camilo started their career at Skandia Colombia in 2002, where they worked as a Project Business Analyst and later as a Project Manager until 2010. Camilo then joined ACH Colombia Oficial as the Gerente de la oficina de proyectos from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of VP de Excelencia Operacional at Credicorp Capital since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Credicorp Capital as the Gerente Oficina de Proyectos & Productividad en Procesos from 2016 to 2021, Gerente Oficina de Proyectos from 2015 to 2016, and Gerente Gestion de la Información from 2014 to 2015.

Camilo Jimenez Vargas earned an Executive MBA from Universidad de Los Andes in 2024. Prior to that, they completed an Especialización Finanzas Corporativas at CESA and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Universidad EAN. Additionally, Camilo has obtained various certifications such as Bootcamp Entrepreneurship based on Artificial Intelligence from Universidad de los Andes - Colombia and European business management program from IE Business School Executive Education. Camilo also holds certifications in Digital Transformation from UC Berkeley Executive Education, Habilidades gerenciales from Cámara de comercio Bogotá, Gerencia e innovación de Procesos from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Strategic Project & Risk Management from the University of Michigan, and PMP, Project management professional from the Project Management Institute. Camilo also completed a series of short courses in the Doctorado en Económica Cuantitativa program at UA - Universidad de Alicante / Universitat d'Alacant.
