Stefanie Fernandez

Stefanie Fernandez has had a diverse range of work experience. Stefanie started their career at GMD - Grupo Graña y Montero as a Process Consultant from October 2007 to May 2009. Stefanie then moved to Interbank, where they worked as a Senior Analyst - Process Improvement from June 2009 to November 2012, and later as a Transformation Project Leader - Lean Six Sigma from November 2012 to May 2013. After that, they joined Equifax as a Lean Leader Peru-Ecuador from May 2013 to September 2016, and then as a Senior Presales Consultant (Data & Analytics) from October 2016 to June 2018. Currently, Stefanie works at Credicorp Capital, where they started in June 2018 as a VP - Processes and projects and later transitioned to the role of VP - IT Projects in September 2020.

Stefanie Fernandez has a Bachelor's degree in Librarianship and Information Science, which they obtained from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2004. Stefanie then pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the National University of Engineering from 2006 to 2008.

In terms of specialization, Stefanie completed a Diploma in Project Management Methodology (PMBOK) from the Universidad Corporativa Interbank - UCIK in 2011-2012. Stefanie also obtained a Diploma of specialization in Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Green Belt from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Stefanie trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Motorola Solutions in 2013.

In 2014-2015, Stefanie attended the INCAE Business School to pursue a Global Executive MBA.

Stefanie has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in 2017, PMO Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP) from PMO GLOBAL ALLIANCE in 2020, and Lean Change Agent - Explorer from the Lean Change Management Association in 2020. Stefanie is also currently pursuing a certification in Digital Product Design from Colectivo23, expected to be completed in 2023.
