Leslie Landers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Leslie began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Psychology Department at Furman University and later at Florida State University. Leslie gained further experience as a Summer Camp Counselor at Holy Comforter Episcopal School and as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Excalibur Youth Services.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Leslie worked as a Director of "Camp Kid*Netic" at the City of Rockville's Department of Recreation & Parks. Leslie then transitioned to UNC Charlotte Shelter Diagnostic System, where they served as an Assistant Director and provided organizational effectiveness consultation services.

Leslie then ventured into the corporate world, joining Ingersoll Rand as a Talent Management Specialist and Career Development Consultant. Leslie collaborated with talent assessment and management leaders to support the development and movement of employees across different regions. Leslie later joined UPS as a Talent Development Consultant and Succession Management Supervisor, where they focused on enhancing succession processes and fostering a performance-oriented culture.

Leslie's career also includes a stint at Next OnBoard, where they co-founded the organization and aimed to grow the pipeline of board-ready women in Georgia by targeting early-career professionals.

Currently, Leslie holds a senior position at Credigy as the Director of Employee Experience and Corporate Affairs. Leslie is responsible for leading people development efforts, including performance management and learning and development programs. Additionally, they drive internal and external communication and messaging efforts.

Throughout their career, Leslie has demonstrated expertise in talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Leslie Landers earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Furman University from 2006 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Leslie pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In addition to their degrees, Leslie obtained certifications in Birkman Signature Certification from Birkman in 2017 and Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. in 2013.
