Carla Maffioli

Carla Maffioli has held a variety of positions since 1999. Carla began their career as a Ticket Counter Operator at AIR PULLMAN SPA in 1999. Carla then became a Currency Exchange Operator at eurochange in 2000. From 2005 to 2019, they held various roles at Global Blue, such as Sales Support Specialist, Currency Choice Clearing and Operation, General Services Coordinator, Customer Care Specialist, and Refund Operator. In 2019, they became a Customer Service Associate at Walmart Canada. In 2020, they became a Customer Service Specialist at Fineco Bank. In 2021, they became a Corporate Client Manager at Sicuritalia S.p.A. and a Customer Support Specialist and Backoffice Operations at Credimi.

Carla Maffioli attended Greystone College from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Diploma in Customer Service Management. From 1993 to 1998, they attended Istituto Sacro Cuore, Gallarate - Italy, where they earned a Diploma in Technical Diploma of Social Services with Psycho-Pedagogical address. In April 2021, Carla received a Master Advanced Coach Academy certification from Life Coach Italy.
