Giacomo Ghersi has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Giacomo began their career in 2004 as an Insurance Advisor at Generali, then moved to Adecco in 2006 as a Credit Analyst. In the same year, they joined Pentar Investments as a Senior Associate. In 2012, they became a Senior Manager Corporate Finance at GBM Holding, and in 2015 they became Chief Risk Officer at GBM Banca S.p.A., where they were in charge of internal risks management, ICAAP, RAF and recovery plan process, new investment valuation, business planning, and Bank of Italy and BoD reporting. In 2018, they moved to Guber Banca S.p.A. as Chief Risk Officer, where they were responsible for risk, AML, high level clients analyses, and monitorings. Currently, they are Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Credimi.

Giacomo Ghersi obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from CUOA in 2006, a degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Trieste in 2003, and attended AIFI.
