Leslie Adams

Leslie Adams, SPHR, currently serves as Senior People Business Partner at Credit Acceptance since February 2023. Prior to this role, Leslie was the Director of HR Business Partners and Compensation at Otter Products from February 2020 to December 2022. At True Oil LLC, Leslie held several positions including Director of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits & HRIS from February 2018 to February 2020, as well as prior roles focusing on HR leadership. Leslie's earlier experience includes directing HR operations at OtterBox from August 2011 to February 2018 and developing the HR function at Home State Bank from January 1998 to August 2011, where Leslie initiated comprehensive HR programs. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Management with a focus on HR from Colorado State University and an Advanced Human Resources Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
