Thierry Hontabat

Thierry Hontabat has extensive experience in human resources and international mobility, currently serving as the HR and Communication Director at UBAF Bank since July 2011 and a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, Hontabat held a significant role at Credit Agricole as the Group Head of International Mobility, overseeing compensation policies and the development of international mobility strategies for a workforce of approximately 140,000 employees. Hontabat also presided over the PREVINTER Association, promoting benefits for internationally mobile personnel, and led the International Mobility Club of the Magellan Network. Prior roles include positions at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where Hontabat successfully established HR frameworks for joint ventures and managed international mobility processes. Hontabat's career began at Elf Aquitaine and CGI, and education includes an engineering degree from Centrale Lille.
