Michelle M Gonzalez Pagan has over 15 years of experience in technology management and strategic planning, currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Transformation Management Office at Popular, where responsibilities include managing new technology implementations and overseeing various departments such as Financial, Strategic Planning, and Customer Service. Prior roles at Popular include Information Technology Strategy Manager, IT Strategic Partner, and Manager. Michelle began their career at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank as a Business Analyst and Systems Analyst and Accountant. Additionally, experience as a business owner was gained at MO Computer Courses.
