Raffaella Cristini

Raffaella Cristini has a strong work experience in the banking sector. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles in different companies. Raffaella started their career at Creval, where they served as Head of Product Management, commercial planning and pricing from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Head of Strategic Marketing and Products Department at the same company. Later, they became the Chief of Human Resourcing from 2019 to 2022. In their most recent role, starting from April 2022, they are the Head of Next Generation Business Unit in the HR Area at Crédit Agricole Italia.

Raffaella Cristini earned a Laurea in Economia- Discipline Economiche e Sociali from Università Bocconi from 1991 to 1996. Raffaella also completed a Corso in Specializzazione Giurista di Impresa from Università Bocconi from 1996 to 1997. In addition, they obtained a Master in Tecnica e Gestione Bancaria from Euros-Centro Formazione Banche Popolari from 1998 to 1999.
