Andrii Halaiba

Andrii Halaiba is a seasoned risk analyst with extensive experience in credit risk calculation and compliance, primarily within the banking sector in Ukraine. Currently serving as Chief Risk Analyst and Head of NBU credit risk calculation at Credit Agricole Ukraine since December 2021, Andrii has previously held similar roles at Ощадбанк and Credit Agricole Ukraine, focusing on the calculation, control, and forecasting of credit risk per National Bank of Ukraine requirements. Earlier positions include Chief Specialist in the Corporate Risks Unit at JSC Ukrsotsbank and Head of the Basel III Compliance function at UniCredit Bank Ukraine, where Andrii was instrumental in implementing European standards. Andrii Halaiba holds a Master's degree in Foreign-economic activity from the State Academy of Agriculture and Ecology of Ukraine, obtained from 1996 to 2001.
