Olga Arkhyliuk

Olga Arkhyliuk is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Head of Compliance at Credit Agricole Ukraine since February 2016, Olga oversees compliance culture promotion and acts as Chief Compliance Officer in the absence of the current CCO. Prior roles include Sanctions Compliance Officer at Credit Agricole, with responsibilities for analyzing sanctions regulations and enhancing internal controls. Additionally, Olga held positions at PJSC Universal Bank as Deputy Head of Compliance and AML Division, where responsibilities encompassed developing KYC and AML procedures and conducting AML training. Earlier experience includes managing clients' accounts and serving as AML Responsible Officer at Energobank. Olga holds a degree from the National University of Shipbuilding, completed from 2003 to 2008.
