Ashleigh Anderson (she/her)

Ashleigh Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashleigh started their career as a Business Development Executive at Computer Education Services Corporation, where they successfully rebuilt the customer base and achieved sales targets. Ashleigh then worked as a Recruiting Director at Blackbird Holdings, Inc, where they developed and managed recruiting processes for a financial software start-up.

Ashleigh gained experience in the gaming industry as the Research Recruiter at Zynga, where they created the passive sourcing function and contributed to the growth of the company's remote studio. Ashleigh later took on roles of increasing responsibility at Zynga, including Staffing Manager and Manager of Staffing Operations.

Anderson joined Microsoft as a Staffing Consultant for Microsoft Casual Games, where they developed sourcing strategies and collaborated with hiring managers to identify top talent. Ashleigh also held the role of Marketing, Communications & Operations Manager at Lavish, a boutique line of body care products, where they oversaw product labeling, marketing communications, and operations.

Ashleigh then served as the Head of Talent at Shiver Entertainment, a video game start-up, and The Climate Corporation, where they focused on talent acquisition and management. Currently, they are a Vice President and Head of People Attraction & Enablement at Credit Karma, a mission-driven company championing financial progress.

In addition to their corporate roles, Anderson has also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at the North Carolina Technology Association (NC TECH).
