Banafsheh Zokai

Banafsheh Zokai is a skilled product designer with extensive experience in user-centered design and product development. Currently holding a position at Credit Karma since April 2019, Banafsheh focuses on product design. Prior to this, Banafsheh served as a Senior Product Designer at GuideSpark, where the successful launch of Guidespark Communicate Cloud brought in over 100 customers. Earlier roles include User Experience Design Specialist at SAP Labs, where Banafsheh was responsible for creating mockups and collaborating with project managers, as well as a User Experience Design Intern at SAP Labs. Banafsheh began the professional journey at HSBC Bank Canada and SAP Business Objects in roles emphasizing communication and data representation. Banafsheh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Arts and Technology from Simon Fraser University, along with credentials in Design Leadership and Photography.
