Michael Toxvaerd

Michael Toxvaerd is a co-founder and executive director at Nightcap Plc since January 2021, and has been an investor at Craft Clubs, the UK's largest booze subscription box, since July 2016. Toxvaerd has also invested in various companies including Credit Kudos, Secret Spa, Feast It, The London Cocktail Club, and TONKOTSU, with engagements spanning several years. Additionally, Toxvaerd serves as a member of the Advisory Board at Cranfield School of Management since November 2019, and previously held positions as non-executive director at Rasmala and chief investment officer at HBG Holdings until March 2020. Toxvaerd earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield University in 2004.
