Ann Westpy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ann started their career as an Independent Contractor/Owner, providing child care services from June 2005 to June 2007. Later, they worked as a Security Monitor at Nightingale Group from August 2011 to January 2014. In 2014, Ann joined Manzanita Public Charter School as a Noon Aide and stayed there until July 2015. Following that, they worked at the Credit Management Association, initially as a Member Relations/Database Analyst from August 2015 to October 2019, and then as the Director of Education and Events from October 2019 onwards.

Ann Westpy obtained an Associate's Degree in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2012 to 2014. In 2017, they attended TISOH - The International School of Hospitality, focusing on Conference Management & Event Planning.
