Joe Germana

Joe Germana has been a Vice President at Four Star Insurance Agency, Inc. since January 1978, specializing as an independent insurance agent across various insurance types. Additionally, Joe has served as an agent at State Auto Insurance since 2000. In the realm of community service, Joe holds the position of Secretary for the Ohio District Division 24 of Kiwanis International since October 2005, overseeing sponsorship programs for various school-level Kiwanis clubs and awarding scholarships. Joe also contributed to the Applied Client Network as Past President from March 1989 until December 2023, focusing on education and networking among users of Applied Systems. Joe's extensive leadership experience includes a 25-year tenure at the Insurance Board of Northern Ohio, where Joe held roles up to Past President after serving as Secretary/Treasurer. Academically, Joe obtained a BBA in Insurance and Finance from the University of Cincinnati, following initial studies at Ohio University and Maharishi International University.
