Anjelica McNett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Anjelica started their career at Primerica in 2011 as an Office Manager, where they gained experience in managing office operations. In 2012, they joined Telga Corporation dba Tecomax as a Customer Service Manager. Anjelica then moved on to Cartus in 2013, where they worked as a Real Estate Coordinator II / Recovery Specialist for four years.

In the same year, they also joined NCCB as a Business Development Manager/COO, where they played a pivotal role in launching and establishing the business. Anjelica remained at NCCB until their most recent position at EnviroSolar Power in 2018.

At EnviroSolar Power, Anjelica served as the Customer Service Operations Manager. Anjelica managed a team of 20+ employees and was responsible for various tasks such as business process improvement, recruiting, and onboarding, legal compliance, contract execution, complaint management, and resolving escalated issues. Anjelica also had extensive interaction with sales and project management, and was responsible for reporting and oversight of key performance indicators.

Prior to their role at EnviroSolar Power, Anjelica briefly worked at The CMI Group, Inc. as a Client Relations Specialist, where they focused on building and maintaining client relationships.

Throughout their career, Anjelica has gained valuable skills in customer service, operations management, business development, and client relations. Anjelica has a strong track record of successfully executing various responsibilities in a range of industries.

Anjelica McNett started their education by completing the Regular/General High School/Secondary Diploma Program at South Grand Prairie HS from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2015. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Full Sail University and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.
