Shraddha Srivastava is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as the Lead People Analyst at Credit One Bank, Shraddha spearheads the evaluation of workforce trends and develops comprehensive People Metrics for executive leadership. Previously, as a Senior Strategic Workforce Intelligence Analyst at Micron Technology, significant contributions included the development of a talent metrics dashboard and enhancement of headcount planning processes.
