Todd Mayhew

Todd Mayhew, Ed.D has a diverse and extensive work experience. Todd is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Credit One Bank since July 2020. Todd is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, starting from April 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital, a venture capital fund investing in technology innovations in healthcare, work, and financial wellness.

Prior to their current roles, Todd worked at Blue Shield of California as the Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development, where they led a team responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion from July 2017 to June 2020. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Head of HR Client Solutions at MUFG Americas, where they led HR Business Partner and Employee Relations teams for the bank from June 2013 to June 2017. Todd has also worked at Citi, where they held several senior positions including Managing Director of Human Resources and Managing Director of Global Collections Program Management. Todd was responsible for overseeing HR functions for multiple lines of business across different regions and played a key role in mitigating losses and managing regulatory compliance.

Todd Mayhew, Ed.D. holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Todd also completed a Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Organizational Behavior from Queen's University. Additionally, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration and Policy from Queen's University. Todd Mayhew completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Honors Political Science with a Cooperative Option from Wilfrid Laurier University.
