Thomas Locher

Thomas Locher has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Credit Suisse since May 2008. In this role, Thomas focuses on fostering a cultural shift towards DevOps within the organization, providing consulting on cultural transformation, process improvements, and people development. Prior to this position, Thomas worked at Swiss Re from May 2002 to April 2008 as the Manager of the Architecture Review Board (IT), where responsibilities included defining and establishing architecture governance, standards, processes, and staffing. Thomas began their career at Credit Suisse in August 1999, holding the position of Manager of Java Support until March 2002.
