Todd Defrane

Todd DeFrane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Todd currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Credit Union West. Prior to this, they were a Senior Project Manager at Transact Campus Inc from 2020 to 2022. Todd also held the position of Information Technology and Services Manager at IntraEdge from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they worked as a Software Development Manager at Nautilus Insurance Group (a Berkley Company) from 2017 to 2018. Todd has also worked at the Arizona Department of Transportation as a Senior Manager Application Development from 2014 to 2017. Todd was a Senior Manager Application Development at Paradigm Technology (Consultant @ AZ Dept of Transportation) from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they held various positions at Desert Schools Federal Credit Union, including eBanking Digital Product Manager, Senior Project Manager, Consultant, and Senior Software Developer/Architect, from 2001 to 2013. Todd also worked as a Software Engineer at Onvia.com in 2001.

Todd DeFrane earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Global Business from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University between 1994 and 1998. Todd also holds additional certifications, including being ITIL v3 Foundation Certified from ITIL - SMME/EXIN in 2013 and Aha! Roadmaps Professional from Aha! in November 2020.
