Melissa Kotler, MBA

Melissa Kotler, MBA has a wealth of experience in the field. Melissa began their career in 1999 as an AOL Sales Consultant, Jacksonville, FL. Melissa then held positions as AOL Sales Trainer, AOL Site Administration Manager/Assistant General Manager, and Quality Manager. In 2005, they became the Senior Operations Manager at Conference Plus. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at Enova International in roles such as Head of Collections, Call Center Manager of Sales and Service, and Senior Department Manager. In 2018, they were appointed Managing Director at Acceptance Solutions Group. Most recently, they have been the Director of Collections and Senior Collections Manager at NinjaHoldings since 2019.

Melissa Kotler holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Melissa then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Studies. Most recently, they attended the Actualize Coding Bootcamp in 2018-2019.
