Jacob Tinsfeldt

Jacob Tinsfeldt is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Creditro. Prior to this, they were the Senior Key Account Manager at Penneo A/S from August 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that Penneo was well known throughout the financial sector in the Nordic Scene. Jacob also acted as a trusted advisor in different aspects of how digitalization and automation in the sector.

From September 2018 to June 2020, Jacob was an external consultant. Before that, they were a Tabler at Round Table Danmark from September 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the Køge RT45.

From December 2016 to June 2020, Jacob was the Country Responsible for High Risk Customer Insight at Nordea. In this role, they were responsible for driving the collection strategy & policy to secure maximum recoveries, as well as being the Subjective credit decision maker on collection cases. Jacob was also the Strategic Partner for NPL portfolio divestments.

Jacob Tinsfeldt's educational career consists of completing a degree in leadership from the Copenhagen Business Academy, followed by various management and leadership courses from Parthfinder A/S, Kundeservicegruppen, and MIT Basic. Jacob also has a certification in value-based customer dialogue from Nordea.
