Chris Brown

Chris Brown has extensive work experience, beginning in 2004 with PHH Arval as a UX Designer and Technical Business Analyst. In 2012, they moved to Element Fleet Management, where they served as Director and Manager. In 2015, they worked as Head of UX at Catalyte and Lead UX Architect and UX Consultant (through Catalyte) at TravelClick. Currently, they work as a Product Lead at CreditXpert, Adjunct Professor at Maryland Institute College of Art, and UX Consultant at ByteLion.

Chris Brown has attended both the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University of Maryland Global Campus. At Rochester Institute of Technology, they studied Human-Computer Interaction. At the University of Maryland Global Campus, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Web Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Pragmatic Marketing and the Nielsen Norman Group.
