William Coates

William Coates, MBA has been in the workforce for over 17 years, starting in 2003 as Manager of Enterprise Reporting for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. William then moved to Wolseley as SAP BI Business Analyst Team Lead in 2008. In 2012, they became Enterprise Information Architect at Ferguson Enterprises. In 2016, they were Systems Analyst at the City of Virginia Beach, then Information Technology Financial Analyst at The Port of Virginia in 2017. In 2018, they became Senior Application Analyst at VCU Health and in 2020, they became Business Intelligence Lead at CreditXpert.

William Coates holds a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Averett University. William also holds certifications in Core Designer Certification from Dataiku (obtained in January 2023), Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning from LinkedIn (obtained in July 2018), Creating Interactive Dashboards in Tableau from LinkedIn (obtained in July 2018), and ITIL Foundations from Ferguson Enterprises.
