Ryan Gay Ma

Ryan Gay, MA, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan currently holds the position of Associate Vice President for Information Technology at Credo Higher Education Consulting since August 2023. Previously, they worked at Elon University in various roles, including Service Design Manager and Manager of Service Management/Project Lead. Before that, they were employed at Forsyth Management Group as a Business Development and Client Relations Manager. Ryan also gained experience as Lifestyles Editor at Kernersville News and as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic initiatives, data analysis, and IT service management.

Ryan Gay earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English & History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where they attended from 2002 to 2006.
