Akingbadega Henry began their work experience as an Office Manager at Drenergy Power Limited from September 2020 to February 2021. Akingbadega then worked as a Field Staff at Impact Water from March 2021 to August 2021. In April 2021, they joined ZEFA MICROFINANCE BANK as a Banking Officer and worked until August 2021. Akingbadega then joined CredPal in September 2021 as a Collections Officer, where they contacted customers regarding overdue bills, advised on payment options, and negotiated payment plans. In June 2022, they were promoted to Deputy Team Lead, Collections, where they monitored and managed high-ticket customers, assigned customers to collectors, and ensured policy/quality control. Akingbadega currently holds the position of Key Account Manager at CredPal since September 2021 and will be taking on the role of Head of Collections from January 2023 onwards.

Akingbadega Henry attended Obafemi Awolowo University from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Education with a focus on Biology and Biological Sciences.
